Outsource your bookkeeping

Outsource your bookkeeping,
without the half measures.

A lot of "outsourcing" is only half of it: you still have to upload everything into a package, keep folders, or drop off a shoebox at the end of the quarter. At mijnfinn, outsourcing means what it should mean: you send your receipts, invoices and questions via WhatsApp, and we make sure your books are right.

Every receipt and invoice is recognised automatically, put in the right category and booked to the right general ledger account. AI does the routine work, a person checks everything and is ultimately responsible. As a bookkeeping firm we work under the Dutch anti-money laundering act (Wwft), supervised by the Bureau Financieel Toezicht. And because we keep watch during the year instead of afterwards, you hear in time when something is missing or when you are about to miss a deduction.

No accounting software needed, no dashboard to learn, no hourly rate. One fixed amount per month, for sole proprietorships and for BV owners alike. Switching from an accountant or your own software? We handle the transition.

What switching actually means

Most people put off switching because they do not know how much hassle it will be. So here is simply what happens, without the sales talk.

You cancel with your current accountant. If they have an authorisation with the Dutch Tax Administration to file returns on your behalf, you withdraw it yourself. We do not request one, because with us you file yourself with your own DigiD. That also means nothing ever goes out in your name without you having seen it.

We take over your current financial year. If you are halfway through the year, you do not have to wait until January. We take over that year’s records or let a period overlap, so there is no gap. Have an export from your old software? Send it over and we will see what is usable.

You can cancel your old software. You do not need any with us. Want to keep it a little longer to access your history? Also fine; we do not work in it and you do not need to do anything in it anymore.

You do not need to prepare anything

There is no homework involved. You do not have to dig through folders or collect anything before you get in touch.

Once you become a client, we go through it together via WhatsApp, step by step. As a bookkeeping firm we must know who we do business with under the Wwft, so we need your ID and your KVK (Chamber of Commerce) and VAT numbers. Anything else we ask for when it is needed, and if you have lost something, we figure it out together.

Who it is for, and who it is not for

We deliberately take on a well-defined group, and we would rather say so upfront. It suits self-employed professionals in the Netherlands in business or digital services: consultants, developers, designers, coaches. With a sole proprietorship or with your own BV as director-shareholder.

It does not yet suit businesses with employees, lots of cash revenue, or real estate. Have a holding company? Just ask; it depends on the setup.

How it works

Three steps, simply via WhatsApp.

Step 01

Forward it

That is all you need to do. No folders, no software.

Step 02

We process everything

We set up a digital vault for you where everything is kept, and we follow up in time on anything that is missing. So your books are always up to date and we can think along while the year is still running.

Step 03

Tax returns without stress

We prepare your VAT return every quarter and your income tax return every year. You only approve and file, with our step-by-step guide.

Why mijnfinn?

More than an
accountant.

Software makes you do the work. An accountant looks back afterwards. We do the work and keep watch, the whole quarter.
